Well, here I am, still in plaster, can't train properly and thoroughly pissed off because I have Ulcerative Colitis which could cause me real problems re the Ironman.....
I am still numpty clueless, I look on bike threads and they may as well be speaking a different language.. although I am getting slowly sucked into bike porn, some of them are stunning!
Get this, I bought a wetsuit over the internet from Triuk - I now have it on good advice that this was not a clever thing to do, a wetsuit has to be fited properly. fair enough good point... Now I could just go to Triuk (they have a pool you can try a wetsuit in). I'm sure that they will let me try the suit and swim with it.... but I'm too embarrased as I can't swim front crawl yet! Oh help!!!!!!
What should I do - swallow my pride and do head above water gentle breastroke? (has visions of self sinking)
